About the role:
As a product / ux manager at Stasher you’ll be involved in designing the website and soon-to-be apps that thousands of customers use every day.
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years experience, ideally at another web or app-based company, and a strong understanding of customer-focused design. A good eye for UI design would go a long way. Fundamentally we care about hiring someone who can take ownership of our product and guide us in building the best possible platform for our service.
A technical background is by no means essential, but a solid understanding of tech is important and experience working with teams of developers is required. We have a talented, 4-strong development team, who can build anything we design.
– 2+ years experience working on a previous web or app-based product
– Strong understanding of and interest in optimising the UX of products
– Experience working with teams of developers
– Experience consulting stakeholders to guide the product design process
– Knowledge of working with A/B testing
– Strong understanding of web/app analytics
– Good eye for design and UI skills
– Time spent working at a tech startup
